Details are saved for each call and can be viewed at any time. This allows you to easily remember your contact trail with each person. Mark a contact for future follow up, enter dates for Kitchen Table Appointments, Interviews or Invites to your Open House. If a person is not interested, simply mark it so and that contact will be filtered from future followup reports.
FutureScape Contacts integrates seamlessly with the FutureScape Base Shop Manager suite of applications to allow importing and exporting of an entire base shop’s contacts. The contacts can then be transitioned to clients or representatives, or both. FutureScape Base Shop Manager can be used to view the relative condition of your base shop, showing number, depth and width of legs, tallying licensed reps, tracking promotions, and client activities.
Easily view and print follow ups on a daily and weekly basis. Clicking on a contact brings up the contact's details. From there, a new call is easily started.
You can also track interviews or invites to your Open House and follow up with No-Shows, effectively illiminating the need to shuffle through old schedules or notes.
The most anticipated new feature in version 2.0 is the activity report. You can set daily goals and see how far away you are from achieving them. At the end of the day, finalize your activity with a Daily Report that can be sent to your upline and office manager for accountability or appointment tracking or confirmations.
The Daily Report will inform your upline of your daily activity, including what percent of your goal were accomplished that day, as well as all invites, interviews or Kitchen Table appointments scheduled that day. |
