FutureScape: Contacts - Primerica Edition v1.0
FutureScape is a full-featured contact and business management software built entirely for Primerica. FutureScape: Contacts is the first release of several modules that comprise the FutureScape Package.
Use FutureScape: Contacts to track your initial contacts for your Primerica business. List full names, address, phone 
numbers, email addresses and take customized notes for every contact, then when its time to call that person back, run a report and find only those names you need to call for that specific time period. Click on the contact to record the results of that call, including invites to the business briefing, kitchen table appointments, or further follow-up.
Using FutureScape: Contacts is simple. From the main menu, select “New Contact” and enter all the information you can for that contact. Be sure to select their preferred method of contact for each mode, and the follow-up date.
Once you’ve entered in all your contacts, click the “Daily” or “Weekly” link under Follow-Ups to get a list of those people you need to call that day or week, sorted by name and showing their preferred contact method. Once you’ve followed up with that person, simply click on their name to record the results of the session.
Use the RVP Elite function to highlight contacts you feel are of particular importance. The RVP elite checkbox can be found at the top right of the contact’s information page. Click this box and that contact will automatically show up in the RVP Elite report.
FutureScape: Contacts integrates seamlessly with the FutureScape: Base Shop Manager suite of applications to allow importing and exporting of an entire base shop’s contacts. The contacts can then be transitioned to clients or representatives, or both. FutureScape: Base Shop Manager can be used to view the relative condition of your base shop, showing number, depth and width of legs, tallying licensed reps, tracking promotions, and client activities.
